We will accept returns for unused items. If you are unhappy with your product you have 14 days from the day you receive it to return your item/s.

Any Crowned Kindness gifts received with your original purchase must also be returned unmarked and undamaged to receive a full refund.

We will aim to process your return within 10 working days of receipt.

Unfortunately, we are unable to exchange items and the return postage will be at your own cost.
HOW TO:

First you want your hair to be nice and wet as this allows for the gel to really get into your strands and dry together with the moisture locked in.

Apply a few pumps of gel into the palm of your hands and rub together.

Apply from roots to ends and scrunch into hair from the tips to roots.

Allow hair to air dry or you can use your preferred diffuser to get the excess moisture out and set your curls.

Once your hair is dry, give your hair a shake to seperate the curls and make sure they are not flat on the scalp.
