We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. We will happily give you your money back on any of the Crowned Kindness range if your product is in unused condition. Simply return the items within 14-days from the date of delivery and we'll refund you.

Refunds can only be issued via the method that was used to pay for the order and all you have to do is arrange for the products to be shipped back (at your cost) and you'll receive your refund. Only items returned will be approved for a refund. Any free gifts/promos should also be returned.

To initiate a return, simply email us at contactkindness1@gmail.com  All you'll need is your order number and the email used when the order was placed and our team will reply with detailed instructions on how to return your item for a refund.

All hot tools come with a 1 year warranty from date of purchase. If your hot tools is faulty during this time we will replace free of charge once the faulty unit is shipped back to us (at your cost)
